On the interview show Inside the Actors’ Studio, host James Lipton asks each of his guests the same ten questions.
What is your favorite word?
Serendipity-an aptitude for making desirable discoveries by accident. I LOVE this word, because each syllable flows together perfectly. I find this ironic because the word itself is a desirable discovery by accident.
What is your least favorite word?
phlegm-a thick, yellowish liquid that is produced in the nose and throat especially when a person has a cold. This word creates the most disgusting image inside of my head. Saying it already makes me feel congested.
What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
Creatively: beautiful and unique things in nature.
Spiritually: the quiet.
Emotionally: love, kindness, hope, independence.
What turns you off?
dishonesty, hatred, anger.
What is your favorite curse word?
Crap. I find it hilarious of how it originated from a man associated with toilets. What did he ever do to the world? Poor guy.
What sound or noise do you love?
Snapping. Making loud noises with just your fingertips? Amazing.
Classical music. It’s so relaxing.
Ocean Waves. Such a large body of water able to have so much force. It’s astonishing.
What sound or noise do you hate?
Dripping water. Talk about Chinese water torture.
Cars honking. It. Never. Ends.
Cracking of knuckles/spine/any other joints. Eeek!
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
An optometrist. It seems like an interesting study.
What profession would you not like to do?
Any type of janitorial/trash collector type of job.
If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
That took you a while.
